Let's Zumba | Class 1
Zumba is an aerobic dance workout style that was founded in Columbia in the late 90s. The choreography for Zumba is composed using sixteen core steps. Choreographers can use all sixteen steps or just a few. There are four basic rhythms to Zumba. Salsa, cumbia, reggae and merengue. Each of these rhythms has four steps. Each Zumba class is approximately an hour long and are taught only by instructors who have acquired a license from Zumba Fitness, LLC—the company that invented it. In one Zumba class, you can burn up to 600 kcal, depending on the energy put into it. In essence, Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience that makes exercising fun and ensures that you keep coming back for more.
